Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

3.Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at nkm.woodworks.02@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer an exchange or refund at our discretion.

Custom orders, personalized items, or items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
